So i got my Hands on a Cheap FX 6300 with 8GB RAM and put in an GTX 1050ti without Extra Energy plug. A good running System for an Friend. The only issue is, it randomly restarts itself. The Power comes from an 40$ LC-Power 450 Watt and is everything lies on a Gigabyte 970 Mainboard. (Dont have the exact Names at the moment)

There are no Bsod and it is just restarting itself, mostly after a few Hours, no matter under Heavy Load or Idle. Maybe 2 Times in a Week. Already said, it´s randomly but never after an Cold start.

The Voltages seems okay with Aida64, Temperatures aswell. Windows isnt Creating an .dmp or else. What could it be? Motherboard, CPU or even the Power Supply?

Automatic Restart is deactivated, so they are definetly no Bsod, also nothing is Overclocked.

Solution

The voltage may not drop, but if the load exceeds the ratings on the PSU's nameplate, it may be causing the restarts. Or the problem may be the PSU is failing in some other way. But for now, the PSU is the most likely culprit. May be something else, but got to start somewhere.
