[SOLVED] System Does Not boot at all after installing RX470

I have just installed the Sapphire Rx470 4G and system doesn't boot at all, No Lights on Keyboard, it worked fine with graphic removed,

Mobo - Intel DH67BL
BIOS - BLH6710H.86A.0119.2011.0523.1030
Processor- Intel Core I5 2500 3.3 GHz
PSU - ANTEC V550 80+ 550W
RAM - 4*2 DDR3
Graphics card - Sapphire RX470 4GB

the fan on the GPU spins fine, It also gets little warm If I keep the system turned on, but nothing on display, it shows no signal and neither keyboard lights up,
Couldn't find the bios update on Intel website,

Have you connected the 8pin power cable to the GPU?

Seems like the gpu isn't seated properly as the same thing happened with me try using the vga cable and connect it to the integrated graphics and remove the 470 and if it works then that means that u didn't seat the gpu properly
