Hello, my new computer build was working fine until now. It has been working for 3 days now with not much stressing (websurfing and so on). Yesterday while watching some videos the PC shut itself down, but the motherboard LED-s and case LED-s was still powered on. Holding the power button did not shut down the motherboard and the front case LED-s. Had to switch the power supply at the back. Now every time I connect the power cord to the power supply and turn it on, the motherboard LED-s flashes for 1 second like it gets power normally. But when I press the front case power button, the lights and fans start for half a second and stops after that. Pressing the power button after that doesn't do anything. I can only replicate the scenario with the fans starting for half a second when I reconnect the power cord at the back. How can I troubleshoot what could be the problem? Not an expert at these kind of things.

PC:

Aorus Elite Gigabyte Motherboard
Ryzen 5 2600X
GTX 1660 Zotac Gaming
DDR4 - 2x 8 gb 2400 mhz
1 SSD - 240 gb
1 HDD - 1 tb Segate Baracude
Powersupply: Raidmax 700w 80+gold (semi modular)

Do you have an alternate power supply to test? Raidmax is notorious for selling PSUs of extraordinarily low build quality.

Don't have another power supply to test it with. This build has been troublesome from the start, the motherboard was DOA and it took like 2 moths for the replacement to came. I Was happy it even booted with the new one. And worked for 3 days. I will try to test everything. Is it most likely the power supply? Or could it be something smaller?
