System doesn't recognize ram

Processor intel core i7-4510U
OS Windows 10 64 bit

Hello

I recently added more ram memory (1x4 GB).The thing is my pc already has 4GB of ram integrated in the motherboard and only one available ram slot.
My Os nor the bios don't recognize that memory stick i inserted.
Have to mention that i checked the memory stick on another laptop with the same OS and worked just fine.
I updated the bios to the latest version

I updated it from the asus support to the latest verison.
