System errors displayed

i am install windows 10 free upgrade in my pc it installation is good and it worked very nice but after one month i am watching something on internet and then it,s says a error i don,t know which error is it . when technisian came and try to run it does not open only black screen he tried everything f8 key but nothing happen only black screen when it open back cover technisian say that motherboard and harddisk is not working we have replace it.

and my pc is hp aio-20-b103IN

Few issues here, need to now exactly what the error was before anyone can sort out what the issue is. Second, if it was already looked at by someone locally, what else do you need? All in one systems are a pain to troubleshoot since they can be made with basically laptop parts in a desktop case. Does the system actually turn on but no display, any beeps or anything else?
