System errors when changing RAM settings to XMP

Hey guys,
everytime i change my RAM settings to XMP computer randomly get "blue" errors, sometimes when launching, gaming or normal work on computer and i need to reset him. On the standard 2133MHz i dont have that kind of errors. Is that because maybe i don't have a compatible memory?
My specs:
Ryzen 2600X
G.Skill Ripjaws V DDR4, 2x4GB, 3200MHz, CL16
Gigabyte Aorus X470 Ultra Gaming

More likely the XMP settings are too much for the whole system. Have you tried manually overlocking the RAM without XMP?

Don't overclock, it makes your system unstable, voids waranty, and reduce parts lifespan.

do oyu have the f2 or tge newer f3g bios?? with newer mb make sure you have the newer bios for the updated cpu and ram code.

Yes the bios is updated to f3

look at the ram spec. good over clock ram wont need the ram voltage changed from the default intel setting. the older ram will need to have the voltage bumped.

I tested it and every frequency below 3200 gave me no problems at all.
