System Fan desktop

What is a good and reliable system fan? I would like to install 4 140 mm fan (with LED lights). using corsair 300R windowed. Thanks so much for any advice.

If you want a cheaper, less flashy fan then there are many other options for you. What color would you prefer? Is noise a significant issue?

The Enermax I recommended is good for the colors, and is pretty quiet. It gives you options.
