[SOLVED] System fan doesn't spin at startup

Hi everyone,

I recently changed my motherboard and ever since I did my back system fan doesn't spin at startup. The LEDs turn on, and it starts spinning if I spin it a little. It also starts working if I restart the PC, but not at original startup. I suspect I might have misplaced the power up cable when changing the motherboard?
