System Fan Troubles! HELP!

Hello, basically my motherboards(ga-b85-hd3) fan headers are all 4 pin but the fan I have just ordered is 3 pin! Will It work with one of the pins being exposed? Will it fit at all? HELP PLEASE!! Thanks.

It will work and it will fit. The 4 pin connectors allow you to use either 3 or 4 pin fans. And they will only go on one way.
