I just recently built a computer and everything is working like it should except not all my system fans are not showing up in BIOS or other programs. All the fans are moving so I know they are working and all are directly connected to the motherboard. Is there anything I can do to get them to show up so I can control them? The fans are the default ones from the case. Sorry if this is not the correct place to post, if it is not please let me know and I'll post there.

System specs:
Case: Carbide Series Air 540 High Airflow
Motherboard: MSI 970 Gaming
PSU: 750W
CPU: AMD FX 6300

Go to your motherboards bios settings to control your fans by restarting your pc, once your pc has restarted immediately spam delete before the OS loads up to access the bios.

@smorizio-The only y splitter I used was for my H100i and that is connected to my CPU. No other y spillter was used.

@Clast- in the BIOS the fans are not being detected.

You can look for a third party fan controller software, but that requires some research into which software is recommended , or if you haven't already, see if you can update your BIOS drivers/utilities.
