The title might sound a bit silly but a couple days ago I had some maintenance done on my computer and since then my System Folders have had a label like http://prntscr.com/bsla3j where as before they didn't http://prntscr.com/bsl964.
I know this might sound petty in comparison to some of the problems others are having, so feel free to ignore me. I'd just like to know why this happened and if I can reverse it.

I'm on Windows 8.1 64 bit

He disabled Auto-Hide for my taskbar (which for some reason messed up my desktop icons), installed the Windows 8 start menu thing, installed a different antivirus and for some reason alot of the folders I had "Large thumbnails" on were switched to "List" mode. All those things are fixed now and I'm working on getting back my old antivirus (Being careful where I go until then) but I can't figure out why/how these folders have labels.
