What is the purpose of the computer? Gaming, HTPC, Video Editing, Internet, Streaming video, Business Use, CAD/CAM, etc?
What is your Budget range? This is actually a little too specific "System for $1376.60?"

Parts preferences, AMD or intel, Radeon or Nvidia, etc?

Where are you located, US, Australia, UK, Europe, etc?

Good choices for the most part, the only thing I'd substitute would be the video card - the 460 is quite a bit outdated, go for a 560, or an ATI/AMD Radeon 6870.

Also the case - I'd go for the Cooler Master HAF 912, or the Antec 300.

Sound cards are not needed IMO unless your using high-end speakers and want the best sound possible.
