System for business

I am looking for a pc for the company that I work for. We would like to spend as little as possible for a pc with a decent speed. This is going to be in a warehouse in south Louisiana, hence the wanting to spend a little. I understand what I would need for a performance system, but not for a small budget system. Really all it will be doing it running UPS Worldship and be used for web surfing. Right now we are using one that somebody put together with a single core processor and 16GB of memory. Yeah, you read that right. Just looking for some options here. Thanks in advance.

This is my standby recommendation for that kind of use. You can also look for refurbs for that kind of workload too, probably find something useable in the $200-$300 range on Newegg.
