Asus b360 plus or (asus z370-p with 16gb 3000)
16gb ddr4 2666
asus gtx 1060 6gb dual oc
hyper 212 CM
Im not sure about psu.

is it goning to be a good rig?

well I've already bought GPU.
I dont want to OC the cpu. maybe to 3.8~3.9 if it needs in future.

You can't overclock a non-K Intel CPU, more so, you can't overclock any CPU on a B-series Intel motherboard.

If you want to overclock at any point, you will need a K-series Intel CPU and a Z-series Intel motherboard. AMD on the other hand can overclock just about all of their Ryzen CPUs on both B-series and X-series motherboards.

Can I use them for gaming on 144hz 1080p? (R6 siege) no bottleneck or input lag?
