Looking to sell my sytem. This system is rarely used. I just wanted to get your idea how much i can realistically expect to get. I built it last year for some rendering projects i had to do. The system can not have any more then 50 hours on it. The system is super stable @ 4.41ghz, liquid cooling really keeps the temps down. I priced out all the parts below that i used to build the system to show you what is inside it and what it would cost just for the parts alone at todays pricing from competitive online stores. This doesnt include the time i took to build and fit everything into this case neatly. Also includes a legit copy of Windows 8.

Antec Tower Case - $125
Intel Core i7-980x Processor - $750
EVGA x58 Classified 4-Way SLI Motherboard - $300
12 GB PC-12800 OCZ Ram - $300
EVGA GTX580 Video Card - $500
Silverstone 1500w Power Supply - $300
(2) 600GB Velociraptor Drives = $400
Danger Den - GTX580 Liquid Cooling Block - $140
Danger Den - Processing Cooling Block - $60
Danger Den - D5 Liquid Cooling Pump $100
Danger Den - Black Ice GTX480 Radiator - $150
Liquid Cooling - Hoses & Clamps - $150
Liquid Cooling Fluid - $40
Sunbeamtech Fan Controller - $30
XSPC Liquid Resivior - $65
HP Lightscribe DVD-R - $50
10 Fans - $150

Standard rule of thumb is 40% of the new price ..... The Liquid cooling is awesome but you will need to find a niche buyer. Most people on Toms build top end computers, Since it has been Oced for a year that will hurt your asking price also. Might be better off parting it out :/

It's a nice system, but you're only looking to get $1500-1650 shipped for the entire tower. The PSU will hold its value pretty well, and so will the case. Other than that, all of the other high-ticket items lost their value rather quickly.

Ok appreciate the feed back... as far as a year old... and being overclocked. I should probably put down that if the computer has more then 40 hours on it thats alot. I literally used it for a week. And then bought a 12 core mac pro to do all my work. I was hoping to get 2000... but if i get 1750 area that would be fine. Sucks to see such a great machine lose soo much in value. Wish i used pc's more but most of my studio stuff is mac only.

You might have luck selling it to a School or company that is involved in some way with CAD or other electronic arts. If i had not just built a new computer for this very purpose for my school, i might have entertained this build. This is a very nice rig, but sometimes life just bites you in the ass and all you have left to do is try to help someone else avoid the same folly. Try local business and craigslist if you live in the States. avoid trying to ship this it'll be expensive. Otherwise good luck mate.
