What about this system?

case: fractal design define R4
cpu: intel core i7-5820k
power: enermax revolution xt 730w
motherboard: ashrock x99 extrem4
ssd: samsung 850 evo 250gb
hdd: 2x WD Caviar Blue 1TB
gpu: Gigabyte GeForce GTX970 4GB ITX
ram: G.Skill Ripjaws 32GB DDR4-2400MHz

Will i need a cpu fun?
Any opinion to save money with a cheaper but better solution?

Give the setup below a smooth overclock to 4.5GHz and don't look back. The GTX 750 Ti will allow you run two monitors with a large resolution...

Much more expensive and doesn't have a monitor

it's not that simple, i've read a lot of threads, where specialists discuss things i didn't get at all, and the pro's are still going for the xeon - you don't give a ... bout clocking. the processor is better in rendering 3d images, better precision with shadows and lighting etc. and they go for ECC ram... it's something i will read some day when i have more free time, but i just wanted to start this discussion, so the OP would investigate this himself and choose what he needs. it's a lot of money and it's wasted if it's not doing it's job. good enough.

Don't get the 5820K, waste of money IMO, things like the 4790K are better. Get a Xeon, due to the fact that you're not gaming, you don't need any high clock speeds and you can get a 6 core for about £170, focus on cores and RAM more than anything, preferably ECC, but its really damn expensive

Sorry for not being clear... The Xeon E5 v3 and i7 Extreme are built on the same platform (Haswell Refresh - 22nm). If you look at the link below, you will see that 4 cores + hyperthreading at 3.0GHz will never outpace 6 cores + hyperthreading at 3.3GHz whether overclocked or not. The Xeon E5 has little place outside of a server environment that requires a high clock speed with respect to power demand (note the 105w vs 140w).

If you don't understand, then perhaps refrain from recommending / commenting. While my explanation was put simply, it is also accurate. Google is your friend...

Haswell microarchitecture

Why are you so negative or nervous? Why are you pushing it? Let the OP decide and ask additional questions. You gave your opinion based on price and basic number, without, obviously, having any experience with any of these precise modules yourself.

I am pushing it because the OP needs to know the facts. Not conjecture, but the facts. I believe it is you that doesn't understand what is going on or how the technology works. Please don't continue to recommend the E5 lineup of CPUs for a quad core setup...
