Question System Freezes (Event ID 5379) (s.o.s. help)

This is beyond my right now, I think what's causing my games to crash is this (nothing in admin events). System will hang for a moment and a game or w/e game will close when this spams in security events. Also, I noticed just now (without a game open), when I tried opening TaskManager, the desktop froze for maybe 3 seconds like it was struggling to open it. When it opened, I checked event viewer, and more of the same security logs were spammed.

This is a fresh reset, with chkdsk and dsim(restoreHealth) showing no issues on this M.2 drive. No idea what could be the problem.

And i get a weird login attempt from an unknown address:

Would help if you listed some info about the system, system specs, is this fresh reset a clean Windows setup? Did it happen after you did the Windows setup or did you do a clean setup to try to fix this? Did all Windows patches and installed drivers from system vendor support site? Anything overclocked? Tried different RAM?

Are you running any type of whitelist on your computer? How about a VPN or alternate AV? Show me the details tab of the event 5157 screen shot you posted.
