system freezes when goes into idle mode after 5-10 mins

hello guys
from few weeks my pc has started to freeze when it goes into idle state after 5-10 mins. I dont know the reson and the solution of the problem so i thought u guys might help me.
im using win 7 ultimate and my pc specifications are asrock z97 extreme 4
ram- hyperx 8 gb
intel i3 4130

It's possible your power supply does not support C-states for low power mode at idle. You may need to disable it in bios. Check this for info-

the computer worked fine before that there was no problem .
how do i disable it in bios ?? i am kinda new to bios and stuff.

no dude i dont have any other powersupply , and i bought this one just 6-7 months ago and it was working fine .
there's one more thing i dont know if this problem is related to that
my cousin once installed a 3rd party software for faster downloads and it asked to make some changes in registry and i unistlled it and performed a regedit by microsoft to revert changes.

update- i just checked my power settings and there was -
1)turn hard disk off to 20 mins set
2) usb selective suspend activated
