[SOLVED] system freezing bottleneck?

My PC build is a
CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 2600 3.4 GHz 6-Core Processor
motherboard: Asrock B450 m4
RAM: Corsair Vengeance LPX 16 GB (2 x 8 GB) DDR4-3000 Memory ram
GPU: GTX 750TI
Hard drive: Western Digital Caviar Blue 1 TB 3.5" 7200RPM Internal Hard Drive
power supply: EVGA 500 W 80+ Certified ATX Power Supply

computer keeps having randoms shuttering and freeze when doing basic task youtube or playing apex legends need help to resolve the issue, please help. I'm thinking maybe its bottleneck need to upgrade my GPU and HHD to an SSD but I'm not sure any help would be appreciated

check cpu/gpu temp and usage?
ram/hdd/sdd usage?

Temp for CPU and GPU are both below 50-degree Celcius
ram/hdd/ usage pretty low using a monitor app, both runs under 50% load (usage)

latest bios and chipset driver?

so justed updated the bios windows and chipset drivers, the problem seems to happen least frequently now but is still there

side note my Hard drive is around 5 years old don't think i mention that pervious.

hdd usage at 50%? that make the cpu wait for it.

so what do you suggest bite the bullet and upgrade to an SSD?

You stated it crashes in the bios. That rules out everything but the motherboard, cpu and the power supply. I'd start by replacing the OCZ power supply, as they are not quality power supply units.

no it does not crashes in bios it shuttering and freeze while doing basic task like youtube or playing video games

defrag the drive?
run disk cleanup?

Defrag the drive It was at 15%. still had the same problems where it would randomly freezes up drop FPS from like 200 to 1 FPS then it go back up. Currently re-installing fresh copy of windows hope that Fixes the issue but maybe my gpu is on it’s way out (bear in mind I’m only playing classic WoW)

Last thing I might thing I forgot to add my gpu which is a gtx 750 ti 2gb has Been used for 7 years now think it’s just old age for this gpu

Hm, yeah, assuming 1920x1080 resolution, a 750ti is pretty weak for that kind of setup.
