Question System gives red CPU and DRAM lights and shuts off immediately.

I just purchased a new i9-10850k upgrading from an i5-10600k and now my PC won't boot. It gives me a red CPU and DRAM light and immediately shuts off.
Please Help.

System Specs:
i9-10850K
32 GB Corsair Vengeance RGB PRO 3600 MHz RAM
ASRock Z490 Extreme4
Corsair iCUE H150i 360mm AIO
ThermalTake Toughpower 650W 80+ Gold GF1
(No Graphics Card yet waiting for my RTX 3080 to come in)

i'm not really an expert but u need a graphics card to start a machine

Did you update the BIOS to the latest version? If not put the old processor back in and update it the new processor takes version P1.2

Well, I don't really have the old CPU anymore, how could I update it without it? Do I literally need to buy another cpu to update the BIOS for this cpu?
