System Guard Runtime Monitor Broker Service causing High memory usage

need help on how to remove system guard run time monitor. Its using up a lot of memory. When i start my computer its fine but then it ramps up. sorry i'm not too computer savvy. I've looked into run time broker and tried those methods but this may be something different? when i try to close it. it tells me access denied.
