I have Dell Server 2950 Which after post always get the error "PCIe Training Error: Internal Storage Slot System Halted"

Please Help me out.

Suggest you pull all PCIe cards and see if the error goes away. If the video is from a PCIe card then see if you can swap in a different card.

Sometimes removing and reseating cards fixes problems. Sometimes the pci card is dead.

Other times something like memory errors (less likely on a server with ECC memory) or PSU issues will surface with wierd errors like this. But teh emssage sure sounds like a card is bad (or the MB failed)
