Question System has POSTed in safe mode.

So I recently made a new pc with an ASUS B460 Prime and I keep getting this BIOS error. I have tried to look elsewhere for this issue but they are saying after the first restart it works, but mine doesn’t. It is stuck in this loop. I have tried disabling fast boot but it didn’t work. Any thoughts?

Does it boot into BIOS?
If so, which BIOS error?
