Question System having a black screen of death

How do I fix a black screen of death?
I can boot into safe mode and refreshing display drivers isnt fixing it.
It started occuring when I downloaded msi dragon centre (i have a msi gpu and system)
It sometimes opens the bios password screen (i dont have the password and im NOT asking for a bypass)

Please list full system specs? Also, I believe the msi dragon centre can cause alot of problems to a system and is not popular to use.
