System Image and Cloud Back Up

I currently have 3 cloud storage applications installed in win 7

Dropbox
Onedrive
Google Drive

When creating a system image back up, should all cloud files be removed from the system first in order these are not duplicated? Or does win 7 and the cloud applications run as usual without any interference?

Also another question:

I'm a heavy application user (trials and tribulations usually) so im also considering a fresh install of Win 7 and then import all files and folders and install all applications again. If this option is followed through, is it advisable to import the cloud files from the back up device (as it would be the faster option) or is it best to download the cloud clients and have them automatically download all files again (the slower option)?

All your files will sync with the cloud and compare versions, if the file has changed (newer) since the last image backup these will be replaced on your Google Drive locally.
