Question System image error

I’m trying to create a system image back up and keep getting this error (0x807800C5) under additional information I also got (0xC03A0014) I have also got a EFI error but only once

3080 10850 or 800k idk which windows 10 and I don’t know how to send pictures also this pops up when you I’m trying to do a system image

Motherboard is evga Z490 sorry had to go check and idk if you need my ssd name and if you do I have to find it cause idk what it is

Tell me how to send pictures and I can send them to you but system image can be found by going to settings on windows no software is involved then going to updates and security then going to backup then backup and restore them on the left there system image which is where my problem begins
A "system image" with what software and procedure?

And we need a FULL parts list, of everything in this system. Make/model of everything.

USB connected also windows is just dumb and it says that it works for the same 4 windows 10 here’s a tutorial on what I’m trying to do

Target drive is an external 2 TB HDD - USB connection?

How is the 2 TB External HDD powered - USB from host computer or does the HDD have its' own power supply?
