Can I use my already used recently system image again in future? without creating new one over it?

You're advised to recreate the bootable installer to make sure the installer isn't;
a| corrupt
b| that you're always on the latest revision of the OS

so I must recreate entire pc system image everytime after I did system image restore? Thats sucks because system image takes like one full night to create, more than 5 hours,

USB 3.0 port helps in speed?

Yes, but you will have the same data that you had backed up at that time, just that. If you want to recover current data in the future, then you'll have to make another backup disk.
