System Image Restore with new OS

Hi, I currently am using Windows 7 RC 7100 x64 and I want to install the full version of Windows 7 Home Premium x64, is there a way I can do a system image restore without restoring the operating system back to Windows 7 RC 7100 once I install Home Premium?

No. You'll need to back up the files using a non-image backup tool that permits restoration of the individual files rather than the entire partition.
