System in an endless boot cycle. Black screen no post. CPU led is on

I recently acquired everthing i needed for my new pc build.
z370 Aorus gaming wifi
i5-8600k
gigabyte gtx 1060 gb
T-force 2x4 ram @2400
When i finally got everything plugged in, i turned on my system and it started up for a few seconds and then shut off. It repeats this forever with no change. The only lights that turn on are the CPU light and the light on my GPU. The Ram and other mobo lights do not turn on. There is no post and the screen is black. There seems to be no bent pins on the mother board and i have tried updating the bios with no avail. Do i need to RMA my board?

The cpu pump, case fans, and everything else turns on but the system wont post. My cpu does warm up when i do try to turn on the system

When I plug in just the motherboard to the psu, nothing else just psu to mobo, the cpu led still shows.

try posting the mb outside the case with onboard video and no gpu. and one ram stick. if there no post try another brand of ram and a test power supply.

Ive tested the ram on another system and i know it works. but still this did not work either. The cpu light is still on.
