system information conflicts/ sharing

I was looking at system information and under conflicts I found a bunch of stuff related to my GPU. Could these by the cause of my crippling performance loss?

No that is just a listing telling you what device a bit of hardware is using it`s input and output I/O.

And the memory addressable space it occupies out of main system memory for the software driver used in conjunction with it within the windows os environment.

All pc`s have that listing when you click on sharing and conflicts.
If you had a memory conflict, or an interface problem in device manager there would be a yellow exclamation listed next to the hardware device.

Random memory space addresses can be shared.
The data 0x0000D000-0x0000D0FF.

Is the memory start, and end location of the storage space.
For programmable, or stored data values.

ok thanks. I just really want to know why my pc is performing so bad. I've only had it for a couple of months and it struggles with high settings on 1080p

Somethings there is a problem even when for Windows itself everything seems to be OK.
