Question System is hanging

I replaced rx560 which was dead with rx460 4gb and I have core i5 4590 with 8gb of ram with ssd installed after using rx460 my pc is hanging for about 2 to 3 minutes and I don't know why it is happening temperature of the card normally remains under 70 I will be thankful if anyone could help me

Inspiron dell 3847 Intel Core i5tm 4590 8gb ram 128gb ssd don't know motherboard name or model but it has the latest bios. When I installed rx460 nitro version it started freezing after that I changed the card to sapphire rx460tm 4gb
Last night I removed the card but system was still freezing today after noon when I turn on the system it behaved well as it used to be but I am not playing or doing any work that could take more processor or memory. There is power supply of thermal take 2 of 500W.
