Question System is now slower with SSD installed ?

Hello I've just cloned my OS to a crucial bx500 240gb SSD .
And now the system is running so slow it's unreal .
On userbenchmark it got , 4% on workstation and 3% on gaming .
I normally get 50 - 60% on them .
Also the new drive is saying 100gb used , when my old drive what it copied from was only 80gb used.
Have I done something wrong ?

1. Ignore userbenchmark. Mostly useless tool.
2. Consumed space is quite variable.

Install and run either WinDirStat, or WizTree.

Run as Administrator, selecting only the drive in question.
Post a screencap here.

Also, a screencap of your Disk Management window.

Can you check if the ssd you have is dream cache-less
If it does I suggest returning it as it can give performance similar to a hdd at times

So is it that it's just this brand is rubbish ?

I will do the screenshots tomorrow when back on the pc .

I still have my old HDD in which I copied from with the original OS on but now it shows a H drive which says system reserved ?
Will the fact they is another drive with the OS on could be causing conflict ?
