System is taking a long time between pressing the power button and showing the bios screen

Hey guys,

Recently my system started presenting this problem, every time I boot the computer it takes a long time between me pressing the power button and loading the first image (bios screen). After the bios screen shows up, it boots up normally. I have installed a dual boot ubuntu 15.10 and windows 7 in my ssd and have it as my first boot option.

My specs are:
motherboard: Gygabite GA H87M-DH3
graphics card: Nvidia geforce gtx 970
cpu: intel core i5-4670 3.40GHz x 4

It's a Corsair GS600 600W

Not a very good unit. I would recommend changing it out, with a quality unit, tier 1 or 2. http://www.tomshardware.com/forum/id-2547993/psu-tier-list.html
