System is using CPU

Hello i have an Asus Laptop {i7-4720HQ}
From last two months my laptop cpu is under load by system
i reinstalled my windows saveral times but nothing happened
Currently i am on windows 10 home
System Spec
Cpu - i7 4720HQ
8 GB ddr3 ram
1 tb hard drive
1 sats ssd
nvidia geforce GTX 950m
Please Help

System,you mean the process in task manager names System?

Of course it uses it but the question is how much.

Yet The Process Name system {NT Kernal & System}
Some times 10-12 Sometimes 20%

That happens when a kernel mode driver is misbehaving.Check the drivers for the components to be up to date.
