Question System keep crashing while playing games

Hi everyone,

My pc keep crashing after 30 minutes of gaming (csgo and pubg) but no crash happened when i play LoL for hours. I did do a tress test with cpu, ram, cpu at the same time for an hour but its not crashing at all, the temp of my cpu is only 70C and gpu is 70C too.



My spec :
ryzen3 3100
asrock a320m-hdv rev4.0
8gb crucial ballistix 3000mhz with xmp
128 gb colorful ssd

Any help ? Really appreciatted !

Hey there,

When you say crash, what do you mean. Does it BSOD, or crash to desktop, or re-start?

Also, can you list your PSU, exact make/model?

Yeah I mean it restart when crashing...

I use the FENGE 650w for 2 year with the same rig but not thing happened.

And I did take a look at the Reliability history and it said Hardware error - LiveKernelEvent code 124, I did some research but nothing really help

If the system restart or shutdown by itself it's normally a PSU, overheating or a GPU issue.

I've found that its a new anti cheat of the game and it's wellbia.com.
Seems like it have kernel access privilege and its not friendly to my pc.

Any suggestion about this ? Guys ?

No suggestions really. If this anticheat is necessary to play the game you'll have to live with it Can see if you can block it or emove it and how the game reacts. But if you get kicked or banned without it is that your problem.

Guess it finds something it doesn't like then, maybe figure out what that software is and remove that.
