System keeps on restarting after bios

I recently recovered my data by using easeus which I accidentally deleted when I formatted my partition... As soon as my data recovered completely.. System automatically restart and then keep on restarting... I can access bios and boot.... Please help.. ASAP

Which drive did you recover data off of? The OS installation directory? Is it possible for you to pass on your full system's specs inclusive of your OS? List them like so:
CPU:
Motherboard;
Ram:
SSD/HDD:
GPU:
PSU:
Chassis:
OS:

If it's a laptop, then include the make and model of your unit.
