I purchased this starter PC for my son eight months ago, but recently it has been experiencing some issues. When I boot up the PC, there is no signal on the monitor. After a couple of minutes, the PC shuts down and then starts up again. It remains on for another two minutes before rebooting once more, still with no signal on the monitor. Initially, I suspected the power supply unit (PSU) or the graphics card, as I had a 600W PSU and a 3060 graphics card installed. However, today I replaced the PSU with a new 750W unit and tried my working 3070 Ti GPU from my own PC, but the issue persisted.

I have ruled out the PSU and GPU since they are either new or confirmed to be functioning properly. Does anyone have any other ideas on what might be causing this problem?

Here are the specifications of the PC:

- Brand: CyberPowerPC – Gamer Supreme - Liquid Cool SLC6000SAM
- Processor: Intel Core i7-12700KF
- Graphics Card: Initially 3060, now 3070 Ti
- RAM: 16GB DDR4
- Power Supply: Initially 600W, now replaced with a new 750W unit
- Storage: 500GB PCI-E NVMe SSD + 1TB HDD
- Operating System: Windows 11

Those are advertised wattages. You forgot to mention the make and model of your PSUs used for the build.

If this is the prebuilt you have to work with;
Can you take the side panels off the case and look for both the PSU info and the make and model of the motherboard?

More often than not, it's the RAM which causes this issue. Is the 16GB 2 sticks of 8GB? If so remove one and see what happens, if nothing, replace it and remove the other. Sometimes it's as simple as swapping the 2 stick around.

Motherboard-B660 DS3H AC DDR4
PSU-CORSAIR - RMe Series RM750e 80 PLUS Gold
I also removed the aio cooler and saw that the processor was missing a little paste. Not all of the processor was covered in paste. Could that be the issue?
