[SOLVED] System lag needs frequent reboot

Hello,

I am at a loss to figure out why my PC frequently needs a reboot in order get rid of system lag that occurs over time. How long it takes for the lag to occur can vary but sometimes its within 12 hours at other times it could take a few days. When I say lag what I am referring to is very slow response times to any user input from either the keyboard or mouse. Sometimes it could take more than 5 seconds for a response. I built the PC myself with the components below with Windows 10 as the OS.

Any help on how troubleshoot and isolate the issue would be helpful. I also use Bitdefender as my antivirus and I also use System Mechanic to diagnose system issues.

you have a lot of software you could disable at start up if you dont need them check this with glary utilities dont touch any from the os .
