System makes no response on power

Hey guys. So around a week ago I turned on my PC, and right as I did, I spilled a small glass of water on the top of the case. Small as in maybe a sip or two. I immediately unplugged the computer. I then opened the side, wiped off everything I could, then proceeded to take apart everything to clean it all with 90% alcohol.

I noticed that on the one side of the motherboard, the alcohol left a weird whitish residue on it, so I stopped using the alcohol after that. I have waited a week since doing anything, to ensure everything was 100% dry.

I put everything back together, and when I power it up, nothing happens, no fans, no lights, no beeps, nothing.

I have stripped it down to just the board, cpu fan, and RAM, and still no response. Any thoughts? I guess it sounds like the motherboard, but is there anyway to test without me having to buy a new one?

Here is my build: Link

It's been a while since i've built this, so I could(hopefully) just be forgetting a connector or something, since I doubt the water could do this, since I waited such a long time and it was so little water.

Went through the Tom's troubleshooting guide with no luck

Here are some images of the minimal setup I'm trying: (Just shorting out the power pins to turn it on

Thanks a lot!

Any suggestions? It's odd to me that there is no noise or any indication when I give it power.. That's what leads me to believe that I missed something, but I sure can't see anything.

Also tried without any ram installed, same result
