Question System memory errors

Hi all,

Recently, my computer (Dell Vostro - Windows 10) became slow to react, delayed response to keyboard and mouse, spinning time wheel in MS Office, Adobe PDF reader, Window Explorer, etc.

I ran a Dell stress test diagnostic (no longer under warranty) and this is what came back as failures:

Walking Ones Left Test - Cannot Run
Walking Ones Right Test - Cannot Run
Auxiliary Pattern Test - Cannot Run
Moving Intervention Test - Cannot Run

Any ideas on what could be done to fix this?

which exact model of the dell vostro?

check cpu/gpu temp?
malware scan the system?
check hdd health?

All of the above operating fine (have SSD not HDD)
