System Memory Multiplier Question?

So my BIOS somehow messed up the timings and frequency of my RAM (here's my build: http://pcpartpicker.com/p/2m2xf), and so I set the timings manually. However, to set the frequency properly (ws automatically set to 1600, memory is 1866), I couldn't find any other way to correct it other than to slightly increase the system memory multiplier. But what is it? Am I in fact overclocking my mobo? Is this the correct solution?

Check in your BIOS for a setting of DOCP, EOCP or XMP, if you have that, enable it and select the 1866 or 1600 setting, it should read the SPD of the sticks and try and set them up for you
