System Monitor with Graphics Interface

Is there any monitoring software with a graphics interface like the one below that works with any system?

MSI AfterBurner is nice, but it doesn't give the option to monitor CPU & System temperatures....

Basically I'm looking for something that will monitor CPU, GPU & System Temperatures and allows me to change fan speed as need it.

what about ASUS Al Suite II with TurboV Evo, DIGI+ Power Control, EPU, FAN Xpert, Prob II, Sensor Recorder, USB 3.0 Boost, Monitor

I have an MSI 990FXA-GD80V2 motherboard, not sure if will work but I'm gonna give a try.
The software from MSI Control Center is ok, but it doesn't have a nice interface.
