System not booting after uninstalling the video driver. Help!

First of all, let me list out my specs:

ASrock p55 extreme
i5 750 stock cooled by H50 Corsair
Patriot Viper 2 sector 5 1333mhz stock
500GB Samsung Spinpoint F3
Corsair 750Watt TX750
9800GX2

I tried uninstalling the video driver, which I have done before many times. The system had to restart, but now I do not get a signal to the monitor, even though I can hear the windows 7 boot up sound(piano). I tried changing the slots for PCI e, changing the DVI connection, but monitor does not respond! I want to install the latest beta drivers from Nvidia!

Please help. Now I just reset the bios with a clrbios switch, and I do not hear the piano sound as welcome in windows 7. grrrrrr
