System not Booting, Weird letters.

1. I press the start buton on PC,
2.After short usual beep it loads normally, but then the letters while loading are weird (look on Imgur)
3.It loads, then after the black background windows logo + loading circle it just goes black, monitor shows no input and nothing happens (or just restarts).

Windows 10, Asus P7P55 LX.

Those lines make me think its graphics card that is at fault, its not normal. You might need a new... everything... well, you might get a card that works in it but PC has no win 10 drivers, no win 8.1 drivers either... so I am surprised this is all the problems you have.

I am not sure what those letters mean. Who made your graphics card?
