system not loading

my gigabyte system (ga-x58a-ud3r)was hanging and not responding. i ve been trying to put on the system for some hours now but its not coming up after restarting.
i have try to remove the ram and fix it back, remove the processor and fix back
i have also try the ways to trouble shoot but its not working
wen i power the system it will just show all the light on the motherboards and the fan but will not come up

2gigabyte fans
DVD ROM
D-LINK PCI CARD (for wireless network)....

it is my church pc .

and it was working before, until yesterday wen it start slowing down and hanging so i decide to restart it and after shutting down it refuse to come up again.
pls i need ur help.... tank u
