System not posting, Installed new GPU

My system won't post as there is no beep from the speaker after I installed a new GPU

Specs:
660w Power Supply
Gigabyte Windforce R9 270 rev 1.0
Intel i5-2410
H61M-DS2 Gigabyte Motherboard
12gb RAM

Please help!

I am installing the R9 270 and the Power Supply is Great Wall 660w

Willing to bet the garbage PSU is your issue.

I retried with my friend's 550w corsair and still didn't boot

And I don't think that the Power Supply is the problem as Great Wall is an OEM of Corsair
