Question System not working

my system will not work, it have kept after i installed my hdd keep making my screen go black for a sec and then on, i changed some display settings on nvidia, and it stopped for a weak now it does that again, and now when i open my pc my mother board blinks yellow near the ram slots, and black screen after a few sec of the pc being on, now it i turned of my pc and it started blinking white, red and then yellow and wanted me to reset my system, and i just checked my gpu rtx 3060 ti for asus, that even tho the led is on the gpu the fans have stopped while reseting my pc. whats wrong with the pc it only started happening after i installed my hdd a month ago, i already had an ssd installed.

now that the system is restarting i see no blinking or light on near the ram slots, but no gpu fans spinning either, both my hdd, motherboard and gpu are less than 2 months old. ram is around 7 same for the cpu, and the psu is around 2.3 years old.

I need to mention i accidently swapped the power cable for my laptop and pc noticed it after i installed my hdd because after i turned it on it just completly shutdowned/life being sucked out and woudnt turn on again for a few minutes untill i realised and swapped them, and then it worked fine again. i dont know whats faulty i swapped my last gpu out bcs it was dying ( well im very sure it was) screen frozen for a few min which got worse and worse, and green yellow stripes on the screeen when it was frozen for the first few min being on. i think thats all the information there is.

psu: cosair rm650x
ram: G.skill TridentZ RGB DDR4 2400Mhz
gpu: Asus Geforce RTX 3060 ti dual OC V2
cpu: Amd Ryzen 1 1700
motherboard: asus rog b550-f gaming
ssd, something from asus with 500GB cant remember.
hdd: WD red 4tb

Edit: i have reset my pc with filles intact, i have not seen a black screen yet, and also my gpu fans not running it might be on some power save mode because its on 36C degree and the led strip is still on, i hope this fixed it i will return if the black screen comes back.

Might want to try and borrow a PSU of similar build quality and wattage to see if your PSU is the issue.

cpu: Amd Ryzen 1 1700
First gen Ryzen 7 you mean? Did you swap the motherboard from an older platform or did you build your system this way? If you performed a motherboard swap, you're going to have to reinstall the OS.

Can you elaborate on this swap with the cables?

What GPU were you working with prior? Did you use DDU to uninstall your GPU drivers, prior to powering down and removing your older GPU? If so, did you manually install the latest Nvidia drivers in an elevated command, i.e, Right click installer>Run as Administrator, after dropping in the new discrete GPU?

Its the first gen i just swapped my motherboard for a newer one because i want to upgrade my cpu when it gets on sale.
i swapped cables going into the psu (for power) and it just shut downed on me and not wanting to turn on untill i swapped the cables.

i dont have this problem anymore i factory reset my pc and rebuild it made sure everything is connected, now my motherboard vga light is permantly on i read that it has something to do with a faulty gpu, but it still on when i swap to my old gpu, thats the problem I have now.
The vga light(white led) turns of when i after i turn on the pc restart it
