System only accessible after CMOS reset...

Hey Guys,

One of my home systems won't boot unless the Bios CMOS is reset. It will then boot once and then has to be reset again after it's rebooted. I've tried reflashing the bios, changing the memory DIMMS, turing it on with nothing but the memory installed (onboard video) and replaced the battery but nothing has helped. The only thing I have not switched out is the CPU.

The motherboard is a FOXCONN A7VMX-K. If anyone has a suggestion before I replace the board, please let me know.

I would try re-flashing the BIOS from the latest available from Foxconn.
