I'm new to building computers, and once got to this stage, it says windows can't be installed on this drive, and when I click upon it it says "This partition is too small. Make the size of this partition at least 9299 MB or select another partition." What's a partition, and it it is the USB I'm insttalling from, it should have 25 GB left, and if not itsays that there is 3.9 GB free out of a total of 3.9 GB. My HDD is 1 TB and my USB is 32 GB. Please help me. Other info: it is asking where I want to install windows.

Is the 1tb hdd showing in bios?

a partition is the space on the hdd windows is installed in. If the hdd has never had anything on it, it won't have any partitions and should show on step 13 of the guide below as unallocated space

I would follow follow this guide: http://www.tenforums.com/tutorials/1950-windows-10-clean-install.html - it should answer any questions you have.

come back and ask any questions if something strange happens :)
