help me to remove bios password in dell inspiron n5010

I would just remove the watch battery on the motherboard for a few minutes. When you turn it back on, that should have fixed it.

I want to confirm whether removing the watch battery will surely fix the problem or not....plzzzz confirm it

i am still trying to find a way to reset the password , removing cmos battery wont help

According to Dell, after proving the laptop was not stolen, they gave me a reset password. It did NOT work
so the tech dept at Dell said its a motherboard issue and the mobo needs replaced. Hope this helps keep you from chasing your tail?
